Firestone Complete Auto Care

I came in with a warranty issue late on a Friday evening. One new tire and full wheel alignment later I was on my way, no issues, no worries. And my 15 hours of driving ahead of me this weekend will proceed on schedule. Much appreciated 👏!

This crew was extremely helpful and informative. My Cadillac had an AC issue, it had no refrigerant, so they diagnosed and charged my system. A month later, I was back in the same position. I called and Derek said to bring it in and Austen looked at it. I received a very thorough explanation of cause that really helped me understand the next steps and guided me through a conversation with the dealership. Huge kudos to both of them. I’d also like to say the online Firestone website is very helpful in storing my car service records from FL to GA to NC. Thanks Firestone!

I ended up going here mainly after getting bad service done from another mechanic. I've always had pretty good service at Firestones, but this one has been the most exceptional. We had Mike work on our vehicle and he did an amazing job. I also had great help from Snow that I really appreciate. Everyone I had an interaction with at this location has been awesome. I'm definitely getting all our repairs done here from now on.

I took my car here, by tow, as I had a hole in my radiator hose. I took an Uber home and had to call them before closing time to make sure the repairs were completed (not sure why they wouldn’t call me). When I went to pick the car up, they did NOT refill the coolant. After asking the rep to refill it, which he did, he then said “ you know there may be an air pocket in the system right ?” Like why the hell would you not complete a full service, knowing that the car had a leak in the coolant. He told me to bring the car back tomorrow so that they can bleed the system, but I have a flight to catch in the morning. By far the worst run location in Charlotte! I went in to have my brakes and rotors replaced for the front of my car. Paid over $600 to leave and get down the road hearing a loud screeching sound from the brakes. I take it back and was told by Zachary that painted rotors will make a sound but you have to drive it a bit. This was a bold face lie so I asked to speak to his supervisor and was told to come back tmrw. I came back and the manager was apologetic and looked at my car again. Reworked the rotors and I left. 2 weeks later I hear a different sound from these rotors so I went to 2 different Firestone locations for a second opinion.
