My liw tire pressure indicator came on this morning on my way to work because of the change in air pressure and I was able to zip in and they topped off my air without problems and no charge. Thanks so much for always taking care of my tire pressure needs!

This Firestone location (the Arboretum) has the most friendly staff I have ever encountered. Jake and Carly are so helpful and always greet me with a smile. When sitting in the lobby, I can hear how knowledgeable they are with car stuff. Jake consistently goes above and beyond for customers. I really like this place.

Brought Tahoe in for a simple oil change. Staff popped my tire pulling in the bay. Replaces the one tire and assures replacing only one is safe. This isn’t the only mechanic service we take our vehicles to, but will not be returning! Anyone with common sense would know the tread is different. Thanks Firestone for a shotty job!
