Very unhappy with Service. A week ago Sunday, I came in for a nail in my tire. Staff was polite. Found out that the nail did not penetrate the tire. Happy to hear that. That following Monday, my TPMS sensor came on. Thought it was a leak in the tire that was just serviced. Went to a competitor who checked all tire for low tire pressure and they were all at the proper setting. No leak. They thought it might be a faulty TPMS after Goodyear had looked at the tire. My schedule allowed me to return to this Goodyear facility to see if they could confirm if it indeed was a faulty TPMS sensor. We've been coming to this Goodyear for 24 years and always been happy with the friendly knowledgeable staff and the communication. They give us an honest estimate of the work required and whether they are the right shop for the particular job. In the last 6 years my "retired" husband has driven 4 cars for ride share and put hundreds of thousands of miles and care into all of our cars. We end up doing a LOT of business with Piper station Goodyear for convenience sake but would not do so have they not treated us like a family friend for all these years. I had a great experience at this Goodyear thanks to Jamie. He took extremely good care of my car and helped me out by educating me on the type of tires I could purchase within my budget and let me know about a rebate. He saved me money and got me better tires than what I had originally picked out! I did not really speak to anyone else but the rest of the staff at the front were very nice and made sure everyone felt seen by greeting them and letting them know that someone would be with them ASAP. There is a Goodyear 20 minutes closer to me but I will be using this location going forward because I was so happy with the service. Thank you Jamie!

Other than the 35 minute drive I had a good experience. All of the gentlemen were friendly and answered my questions. I set and waited on car. Arrived around 8:30 left close to 11. The establishment is small on the inside. It was clean and organized. I watched HGTV the entire time. The mechanics were getting cars in and out. Overall great experience.
