Would not recommend this location. They called me to inform me of other issues with my car, the call dropped and they never called back. I went up there, with my car still up in the air with no tires on it. I explained that the call dropped and he said he was going to tell me that they’d call me when it was finished. We're new to the Charlotte area and we recently brought my wife's car in for maintenance. I was very impressed by the level of professionalism and knowledge of the staff. Ray was very helpful and courteous and we appreciated that. They were able to get her car maintenance done and we have no complaints. This will be the location we will both come to from here on out.

TRASH SERVICE! CALLED TWICE TOLD THEM I WAS IN ROUTE WITH A TIRE GOING FLAT, THEY CLOSED AT 7PM. ARRIVED AT 6:45PM THE GUY SAYS WELL I DON'T HAVE ANY WORKERS AND I CAN'T FIX YOUR STEM OR TIRE ISSUE. COMPLETELY RIDICULOUS!! Do better Firestone!!!!!!!

I took my car to get an oil change today and Ray did a wonderful job with getting me checked in and out. He was very polite and efficient!! I had a great experience. I’m also very satisfied with the work done on my car and they were quick with getting my car back to me. I will definitely be remaining a returning customer.
