Firestone Complete Auto Care

Waited 4 hours to tip the alignment guy 25 bucks to do an alignment he couldn't do after I was originally asked to just come back the first time because they didn't have a tech that could do an alignment. They broke something on my vehicle and took my 25 dollar tip and never fixed my problem . Lucky I had a lifetime alignment. But what good is that if they can't even do the job . I'm sure I will get a common robo answer here below 👇. I also called the corporate number for them to never call or email me back in regards. Don't go here .

Jerry, and the entire crew was so very helpful, polite, and professional. They answered all my questions and concerns. Had amazing customer service/work. The showroom, waiting area, and restroom was clean and organized. Had prompt service, was also a fairly short/reasonable wait time! Thank you to Jerry and the crew that worked this past Friday 7/25, yall are amazing. I WILL be back to have my car serviced. I was so impressed with everything that I will have to buy the crew some lunch and drop it off soon. Thanks Firestone Albemarle rd, I'll recommend you guys to everyone I know. 🙂

The albermarle store is so wonderful. Not only did they get my car fixed quickly but the manager's and staff had a very personal touch. I also appreciate that they have a female up front. It's rare in the car industry to see women represented and she was so knowledgeable. I felt like I had clear communication throughout the process and I was never "sold" on the work I needed done but rather that the staff pointed out what I needed, based on priority and safety. Now I know what things need to be addressed in the future and I will definitely be coming back to get more work as it comes due. Also just a quick shout out to the store manager. Jerry, thank you so much for takin…

I had a car serviced at Firestone, where I paid about $131 for their service, installation, and an AC filter. I had purchased the blower motor separately from AutoZone and took it to Firestone for installation. About a week later, the blower motor started making noise, so I returned to Firestone and asked them to check it. They informed me that since the part was not purchased from them, I would need to pay a diagnostic fee, and I agreed. After inspecting the vehicle, they told me that the blower motor itself was the problem and advised me to schedule another appointment to replace it with a new part, which I would have to pay for. They gave me an appointment four days later, but when I re…

Scheduled an appointment and my car was taken care of as soon as I arrived. Staff gave me the coupons offered for my services. Everything was completed in a very timely manner. All staff were extremely friendly and explained all repair needed. Store was very clean. I was impressed with all staff and services. Thank you
