AutoZone Auto Parts

I stepped into the store and was immediately greeted by Cash, whose customer service was nothing short of fantastic! It was an exhilarating experience that made my shopping trip truly unforgettable.

This is a new business the employees were not very knowledgeable even though the three of them said they were store managers. Not very helpful at all in looking up parts for your vehicle. You have to be a mechanic and know exactly what you want otherwise they aren’t helpful. I asked for corporate number they said they didn’t know or how to go about getting it. I will not go back although it’s a mile from my home.

Theresa the store manager and Naomi the sales manager were great, they make a great duo. Great customer service and they check parts before handing it to you. Great way to start off a store at ALBEMARLE RD. LOCATION.

Theresa was a huge help with determining what product would best solve the situation I have with the spots on my car. She even demonstrated how well the product worked. Excellent customer service.

Super happy AutoZone opened up in the neighborhood! The store is clean, organized, and has everything I needed. The staff is super chill and actually knows their stuff. I had a question about my battery, and they not only answered it but tested it for me right there. Love how easy it is to find what I need, and it’s nice having a reliable place so close by. Definitely my new go-to for car stuff!
