Ricky was fantastic. He checked and replaced my battery without a grumble or hint of an inconvenience for him. He helped me out tremendously, being out of town, he was a blessing to me.

I want to say this location of Auto Zone on South tryon in the steele creek area- provided excellent customer service, our salesperson Ricky was extremely helpful he helped my mom by checking and replacing her car battery and showed a lot of patience while having to adjust the battery back in her car. I highly recommend this location for all of your car needs. Great customer service!

I highly recommend Ricky he had great customer service! As a female that doesn't know anything about cars.. he was very knowledgeable and helped me find the right part for my car. I will definitely return for any of my car/ part needs in the future.

It was fairly easy to find the part I needed via the website, then go in to the store and grab it. They definitely have more of an extensive variety of parts versus a department store, but because it is a specialty store you will pay more.
