Dropped it off on a Tuesday the mechanic said it would be done on Friday. Quoted me $2340 for repairs. Car wasn't done until Saturday and the final bill was over $2900. Had to bring the car back Monday for the same reason I brought it in for. They did repair the vehicle again for no costs obviously. Update a week later motor mounts broke already again and still haven't received a quote to fix shocks and struts.

I'm writing this review while my 2010 Ford Ranger it's still being repaired by integrity Auto and performance. Andres is my mechanic for this visit, which is my first, but if my truck needs more repair in the future of, it won't be my last visit. I've stepped in twice to check on my vehicle because my work is literally across the street. I am greeted nicely and feel welcomed. I saw almost a third of my motor taken out and placed on a bench in a very organized manner. The shop is always clean. And what a nice shop they have. Very fair estimates. I went to see Carlos this morning and he was the most honest mechanic I’ve ever worked with! He didn’t want to charge me for something my car didn’t need, and gave me great advice on how to maintain my vehicle properly. This is the only mechanic I’ll be going to in Charlotte!

Jose met me in the office, and Ethan worked on my car. The gentlemen that work here were very kind, and got the job done exactly how it should be. Their lot was packed full of cars, but mine was still fixed in a day. No complaints from them about working on a 6 cylinder Volvo with very limited working room. My car is modified as well, and they had no problem working on it. Their labor rate is lower than the chain shops, but it's not so low that it would cause any distrust. They are proud of their work, and are willing to explain the issues in detail to the customer. There is no app or robot you have to deal with, it is just human to human communication. Jose and his team always do an excellent job helping me with anything I need done with my car! I had a deer run into my car, causing some damage in the front. He fixed it for a good price and it looks and runs great. Now he does all my inspections, repairs and I wouldn’t take it anywhere else. I am so happy I found a shop where I feel comfortable and confident that my car is in good hands.
