Caliber Collision

Great customer service and even better work. We had minor damage to the door with potential mechanical issues. Caliber thoroughly inspected the vehicle and took care of all the repairs. They communicated constantly and I got my vehicle back ahead of schedule and it was spotless clean. Highly recommended!

Got into a three car accident about a month before Christmas of 2024. I received damage to the front and rear of my car and went to Caliber because they were a mile down the road from me. Repairs took about a month, which was the timeline they originally gave me. However, Mike told me I would be getting my car about a week and a half earlier then excepted, but every couple days or so, he said they kept hitting delays. I ended up having to pay out of pocket for my rental car. I got my car back on Christmas Eve, but there were problems. Mike met me the next day, on Christmas, to diagnose. Caliber Collision on S Tryon did an excellent job at handling my claim and repairing my vehicle. This is not the first time I’ve used them, and their service is consistent. 5 star. I enjoy the pleasantness off the front desk, and I appreciate Mr Richmond’s communication and attention to detail. Thank you to the staff for a job well done.

Excellent 5 star service. Ty is one of the friendliest and customer oriented person I’ve met since moving here. My car looks great. They even detailed it. Fast courteous service. Ty kept me up to date with each step. Great company. Great people. Thank you Caliber Collision Team.

I hope that no one needs collision repair. However, Caliber Collision does really good work and is exceptional in communicating where your vehicle is in the repair process and what to expect next. Stan Lynch was proactive and took really good care of me. He was able to expedite some issues that only the car dealer could handle while effectively communicating with my insurance adjustor. I hope that I never have to go to a collision repair center again, but if I do, it will definitely be Caliber Collision.
