Went to get a battery changed that was bad, battery was bought from Autozone and was less than a year old and had a 2 year warranty. Spoke with employee Daniel and he refused to replace the battery because he stated that the battery was not from his store, so he wouldn’t not exchange the battery which is not how the autozone policy works. Daniel did not bother looking up my receipt or purchase history he just turned us away and said go back to the store where it was purchased. His negative attitude and lack of customer service skills shines brightly. Maybe he should find a different career that is more suited with his skill set and level.
