You would not believe the experience I just had at this AutoZone! Mind you, my battery is failing and will not hold a charge so I have had to jump start my car for the past 2 days to get to and from. So I visited this AutoZone to buy a new battery and as we know that free installation comes with the purchase of a new battery. Be mindful I paid $250 for a brand new battery and I ask the sales associate (an African American lady) if someone could install it for me because my current battery is dead, and she had the nerve to tell me “not in the rain, but you can go to Firestone or Mavis and have them do it”…I’m like, sooooo you’re telling me to go to Firestone or Mavis and pay them to do someth…

I purchased windshield wiper from this AutoZone May 8th Today they came off in the rain, so I took my receipt and I went back to the store to have them replaced I spoke to the worker and he tried to force the same windshield wiper back on my car after I told him that it doesn't look like they fit, he spoke to his manager of the store who was very rude argumentative, nasty and belittling said that's all she he had shoved a paper in my face said here that's what you want anyway. I would only come here if you have no where else to go. I came in to buy some pads for a 2017 Elantra SE. I was doing a quick brake job on the front brakes. I went in looking to get the cheapest pads and the manger was the one helping me and man let me say. She was not helpful and had a really bad attitude. She tried to deny me a sale on auto zones cheapest break pads because they were cheap. Which I thought was wild, who cares when I’m the one buying them. She tried to upsell me on some other pads and I had to press her to tell I don’t need the expensive ones. Then she snuck a little packet of brake grease on my purchase for the pads. Currently, still in the parking lot and grinning at how awesome of the assistance - Jay G. Just gave to me. He guided me where my oil goes and showed me that the coolant has a max limit in the reservoir. His kindness, patience and friendliness is what every company (all over) needs. RAISE FOR THIS GUY!
