This place’s quality and integrity have gone downhill. I recently went in for an oil change, which was supposed to include a tire rotation and tire pressure adjustment. 1. When I picked my car up, there were oil stains on my seats, console, steering wheel, and door. Unfortunately, this wasn’t surprising to me, this had already happened during a previous visit. That time, it took over a week just to get scheduled for a cleaning, and even then, not all the stains were removed. I ended up having to pay out of pocket to get my car professionally detailed. Poor service quality especially the guy in the front desk. You also need to wait for at least 3h for only oil change and today I also had a very bad experience on the price of rear brake replacement. The price is much higher than the market. The set of rear brakes change charges almost $800 however I checked the dealer with same service. the price is only $390. So don’t be fooled by their advertisement on cheaper oil change. The other work charges you more than other places.

I call it like it really is and I have an extensive Automotive repair background. My daughter went to this location last week for a simple Automobile inspection. She was told that her tires were dry rotting and needed to be replaced. This is highly unlikely if the vehicle is driven on a regular basis. She was also told she needed a brake job which he later retracted. They failed the inspection and gave her and estimate for the alleged repairs. I told her to take her car to an inspection facility and she passed it with no problems at all!! Under No circumstances would I recommend this location for any Automotive repair services that they offer. None!! Some repair shops will tell you anything…

It's difficult to know where to start when describing their services. They do a very poor job overall. I asked them to inspect my car because there was a noise coming from the front brakes. They were unable to identify the problem and instead recommended securing my fender liner. I agreed, but they claimed to have fixed it without actually doing anything. Is that surprising? The worst person there is Matt; he doesn't listen to anyone and has terrible responses to my concerns. A year ago, they also left the tire lug nuts loose, and the tire was almost coming off while I was driving. I do not recommend anyone to get service there.
