Precision Tune Auto Care

My family and I were on our way home to WV from Hilton Head Island, when we ran over a screw and needed a tire patch. Precision Tune got us in immediately. The staff was super friendly and made us feel at home. The office and bathrooms were clean. I would definitely recommend!

Great discounts with online coupons. Multipoint inspection is appreciated. Excellent customer service. Integrity is valued and reapected. Fast and reliable service. I wi continue coming back to this location.

I came in to receive a brake fluid flush, I asked him to check my brakes because I felt like they weren't operating properly. I was advised that my rear brakes needed to be replaced and my rotors needed to be resurfaced. I had the service done.I was also advised that my front brakes would need to be serviced in the near future. I appreciated them giving me a thorough overview of my vehicle. The manager Tye and the young lady there were very pleasant to work with. I will be returning for the needed services in the future.

The team at this location was kind, understanding, and knowledgeable. We worked with multiple service advisors for our AC repair and everyone was professional and helpful! I recommend this location as your go-to neighborhood mechanic shop! Thank you guys!
