Saved me a $6000 lie the Honda Dealership had ALMOST sold me on if I hadn’t gone to Gibson Auto for a second opinion. Highly recommend and will be recommending to family and friends!

Took my car to Gibson because Firestone said I needed a new wheel hub and they were charging me $650 for it. I mentioned to these folks that this might be what is needed. They called me back and told me I didn’t need it and fixed it for 1/4th the price! Never have I gone to an auto shop and walked out with having spent less money than I thought. These guys are sincerely the most honest auto repair place I’ve been to and I will continue to go back for every car needs I have!

My first experience here was absolutely amazing! Not only was the staff knowledgeable and kind, but I received some of the best customer service I’ve gotten in such a long time (especially at an auto repair shop). I’ve been struggling to find a good local auto repair shop that doesn’t take advantage of me, and my coworker advised I go here, so I gave it a shot. There are no words that can truly express how appreciative I am to Charlie and Tommy for the work they recently did on my Jeep Liberty Jet. I had previously had it worked on at another shop when my engine light came on and when I got it back it was barely drivable and I was told by the mechanic to get rid of it after he tried to fix it but couldn't. I was then terrified to have anyone else touch it because I was afraid it would get worse!
