Eurofed Automotive

I just picked up my 2001 z3 bmw from Eurofed off old pineville road. I must say the car runs great. They did a great job. I wanted to say thanks and let everyone know where they need to go.

"Jake at Eurofed in Charlotte was fantastic. He was personable and took the time to explain everything in detail, making sure I understood the work being done. His professionalism and dedication to quality service truly stood out. Highly recommend!"

Extremely disappointed! This is supposed to be one/if not the best euro mechanic shops in Charlotte and with my experience that is not the case. I took my 335d in for a seat code cleared along with a diagnostic on an oil leak. I was quoted a substantial amount of money for both jobs to be fixed. I decided not to get the oil leak addressed and just get the code cleared. Everything was good to go and then they told me they couldn’t complete the job last second. So I went and picked my car up and took it to another reputable euro shop to get a second opinion. The other shop quoted me way less money for both jobs and took way better care of me. As a fellow euro car guy I am very disappointed wit…

Michael was outstanding. I run a shop here in Decatur, GA and a great customer of mine broke down close by. He got right on it, was very attentive, took the VIN down immediately, and got the ball rolling. Top tier advisor - hang on to this guy EF!

I feel that Eurofed does a quality job and I feel completely satisfied with the service received. I greatly appreciate the additional recommendations suggested as I feel they were accurate and needed. Until further notice I will continue to bring my Audi to them for all services. Thanks again EuroFed, to Logan and Michael!!! DB
