Really poor quality communication. It took 10 days for them to finally provide me with a quote - and that was only after I called them almost daily with no response for the first nine days. When I showed up to retrieve my car, they still had it taken apart even after I had refused their services hours before. On top of that, all interactions were handled with hostility and/or indifference.

I had a great experience with Eurofed Independence. I purchased a Mercedes AMG from Carvana and brought it to Eurofed the next morning. The crew found $3500.00 worth of engine seal issues that Carvana ended up paying based on the photographs and detailed descriptions Eurofed provided. I recommend them highly.
The guys at Eurofed on Independence in CLT were very conscientious about some major repairs on my Audi TTS. I would certainly recommend Brenden and Ilia for doing quality work at a fair price! Not always the case at an Audi dealership. Thanks again!
Advertise for European cars, came for an oil change on my BMW took well over an hour!! They said oil plug that they put n last time needed replacement. In addition they have a sign posted that they are charging 3.5 % for credit and debit cards .. I would say go to BMW. You can get it changed in Charlotte for 119.00 and no extra for credit cards, and I’m pretty sure the dealer carries all the part…
