NTB-National Tire & Battery

Needed my tire patched before going on a road trip and decided to make a last min appointment here to have it fixed. Chris and Frankie were both very kind and Frankie made sure to do a thorough check on my car to ensure it was safe to drive. He pointed out some maintenance that is on the horizon and wasn’t pushy at all about it. The pricing they gave me for the future fixed was very reasonable and I definitely will be coming back here for my future needs! Highly recommend!!

Today was one of the best experiences I've had at a service center. Chris at the front desk has THE best personality and is very professional. Chris walked me through what services I need done for my car; and I didn't feel bullied or intimidated. The environment was fun and friendly. You can definitely tell the workers get along. I highly recommend Mavis (NTB) on South Blvd. I will be coming back for my services moving forward.

Service here is incredible. Showed up at 8AM to without an appointment to get a flat replaced and a slow leak fixed due to a screw in my tire. James actively searched for my pass warranty and saved me over 60.00 which i had no idea i even purchased. The repair time was quick and consistent with the timeline he gave me. As it was time to pay James informed me that my breaks were wearing and needed to be changed soon (which i knew it was likely around that time). He wasn't pushy on the sale and …

Chris was so friendly and welcoming from the moment I walked in. He made the whole experience easy and stress-free by treating me with kindness and respect. It’s clear he really enjoys helping people, and his positive attitude made a big difference. Great customer service like this is hard to find—thanks, Chris!

I made an appointment at the South Blvd location and they were quick to get my tire patched up with no issues! They were super informative and knowledgeable about everything. Great customer service and highly recommend!
