These guys are the best! Pat and Jared were both so nice and helpful! I had a nail in the tire of my brand new car and they were able to get it fixed for me on a Sunday, very quickly! What was a bad situation for me turned into a great one because of these two gentlemen! Much gratitude for their great service! Give these two guys a raise! Thank you again

I had an excellent experience at Mavis Highland Creek for my oil change. Noel and Sidney were both incredibly professional, courteous, and efficient. From the moment I arrived, they made sure I felt informed and taken care of. The service was quick but thorough, and they answered all of my questions with patience and clarity. It’s rare to find a team that’s not only skilled but also genuinely kind. Thanks again, Noel and Sidney — I’ll definitely be back for future services!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I had an amazing experience at the Mavis Tire Center on Highland Shopping Drive in Charlotte, NC. Jared and Sydney went above and beyond to help me. They were professional, friendly, and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. Jared took the time to explain everything clearly, and Sydney was incredibly helpful and welcoming throughout my visit. You can tell they genuinely care about their customers and take pride in their work. It’s rare to find such excellent customer service these days, but Jared and Sydney exceeded all expectations. I highly recommend this location and will definitely be coming back!
