Mavis Tires & Brakes

I had a nail in my Tesla back tire and took it to Mavis Tires & Brakes, on Park Road. I worked with Jack who was courteous and professional. He had my tire repaired in no time. They were great to work with and I highly recommend them!

Called ahead for a tire rotation, they said they were packed but could take a look at the car to see if they could do it the next day (last shop wasn’t able to because my car sits low), they took a look and squeezed me in same day within 30 minutes of the call. Quick in and out, very chill team at the shop, professional and understanding. Honestly better than almost any other shop you could go to.

Brought my vehicle in for a TPMS sensor replacement, for an alignment, and a quick inspection of the brakes. Was told the alignment was completed but nothing was different. Took to another location who confirmed the car was still out of alignment, so evidently this was never done. The technician Landon took great care of my car and advised me on the next steps I need to take to make further improvements to my steering and wheel alignment.
