Mavis Tires & Brakes

I had a nail in my Tesla back tire and took it to Mavis Tires & Brakes, on Park Road. I worked with Jack who was courteous and professional. He had my tire repaired in no time. They were great to work with and I highly recommend them!

Called ahead for a tire rotation, they said they were packed but could take a look at the car to see if they could do it the next day (last shop wasn’t able to because my car sits low), they took a look and squeezed me in same day within 30 minutes of the call. Quick in and out, very chill team at the shop, professional and understanding. Honestly better than almost any other shop you could go to.

Excellent Customer Service!!! Very pleasant experience. My brother in law recommended I go here. He went there for repairs himself, and was very happy with them. I had went to the other Mavis location when I purchased my tires, but this one is much closer to my home. They were very nice and helpful! They fully explained the process in detail of my tire repair. I didn't have to wait long. I would definitely recommend them, and I'd go here to the Park Rd location again! Happy Customer here!

Brought my vehicle in for a TPMS sensor replacement, for an alignment, and a quick inspection of the brakes. Was told the alignment was completed but nothing was different. Took to another location who confirmed the car was still out of alignment, so evidently this was never done. The attached photo from the other shop shows the car was still out of alignment, despite the shop on Park road claiming it was done. Additionally, this shop on Park Rd told me the front pads were 90% worn and the rears were 70% worn. Quoted me over $1000 for replacement pads and rotors. I was recommended this shop by a friend for an alignment. The technician Landon took great care of my car and advised me on the next steps I need to take to make further improvements to my steering and wheel alignment. Needless to say, I will be returning again for more work on my car at this business in the coming weeks, as I have never had a better experience at any shop. The techs here deserve the best. They are all honest and knowledgeable!
