Performance Auto Body & Collision

I called today to make an appointment for an estimate. Your receptionist told me that there is a $25charge for estimates. I let her know that your google listing says free estimates. She said it’s a new policy that was implemented on Monday. The vibe I got was false advertising, or someone there was charging outside of your policy, and basically that your business just isn’t trustworthy. I’ll be taking my business somewhere else. Just thought I’d let you know so you can take corrective action so maybe you won’t lose another customer for appearing untrustworthy for the start.

John helped me with my toyota camry. He was extremely friendly, professional, courteous and very accommodating. I would definately recommend this place to others because of John. 5 stars for sure

Got in an accident a little while ago, and everything was handled perfectly! Maria was super communicative and kept me in the loop with everything. Car is good as new!

The most valuable reward isn't money, accolades, or a title—it's the deep sense of satisfaction that comes from never giving up on yourself or your aspirations. I experienced this profound reward thanks to Maria, Ariana, and John from Performance Auto Body & Collision, along with their exceptional team of technicians who stood by me through thick and thin. They dedicated countless hours to help me get my car back on the road. The customer service was simply remarkable, and their day-and-night availability to address my concerns left me feeling truly supported. The end result brought tears of joy as I witnessed the fruits of their hard work. It wasn’t a smooth journey—let’s be …

A car crashed into the driver side of my car leaving a huge dent that left the door unable to be opened. I was worried that the shop would not be able to match the orange paint color since its unique to this Tc series but they were able to nail it 100%. Not only was the job done professionally, the customer experience was also amazing. They waived the $500 deductible and even helped me with part of the rental vehicle expenses. Would recommend this place to anyone who wants their vehicle to be returned like it came straight out of the dealership.
