Firestone Complete Auto Care

I made a 2pm appointment for an inspection. At 2:50 my car was still sitting untouched where I parked it, while I sit in the waiting room. What is the point of an appointment time if it is not honored. I can understand a slight delay, but this was well beyond that. When I went to ask for my keys to leave, stating I no longer wish to have the inspection completed and wait any longer, the employee gave me attitude. A simple inspection should not take 2 hours. Period.

I have been a customer with Firestone Steele Creek for well over 20 years! As a female, it is always uncomfortable to bring my car in for servicing but not at this Firestone location. The manager Jason always has my best interest in mind when it comes to servicing my BMW. He goes over and beyond to explain what’s happening and to ensure my car is repaired with excellent! This Firestone location is highly recommended!

Where do I even start, professional from the drop off to the pick up, constant communication. I hear stories all the time about “don’t trust the mechanics they will rip you off” not these guys. I was privileged to work with two awesome people, Jordan and Jason. I came in with some BALD brakes, needed a complete replacement on all four, while working on getting the tires off they ran into a problem, the lug key. There was no way to get it off without critical thinking. If they couldn’t get it off without the key I was done for. They were actually able to get it off, that saved me HOURS of having to drive to the dealership, deal with them, and bring it back, all on brakes on their last legs. P…

Jason and his team were fantastic. I came in with a slow tire leak and needed a quick fix. Jason got me in right away and had it taken care of in no time. The service was fast, efficient, and the customer service was excellent. I highly recommend this location.

I came here to get my car inspected and thought it would be a quick in and out. They were fully booked, and I made had to book an appointment for a different day. I came here, and the lady at the counter was awesome to get me checked in and got my car inspected it took like about 40 mins, and I was out. Though my inspection failed and had to get my car re-tinted to meet NC state requirements and I came back some time later to complete the inspection.
