Firestone Complete Auto Care

Oscar provided excellent service during my oil change and tire alignment. He was quick, helpful, and made the entire process smooth and efficient. Great experience overall!

I showed up late and still got amazing service. they patched my tire in just 15 minutes! Super fast, professional, and no hassle. Really appreciated how efficient and kind the team at Firestone was. Definitely coming back next time I need help with my car!

I noticed I had low air pressure on my left rear tire and came to this location. I let Brandon, store manger, know I had an appointment that I needed to get to and he quickly assigned me to a tech to get things rolling! I’ve been coming to this location for a while now and every time the service is great!

While car maintenance is never fun, I did have a pleasant experience at the Firestone Complete Auto Care at 825 E Arrowood Rd. Oscar was a very professional help, communicating with me all of the things the auto techs found with my vehicle. He made sure I received the best care and service for my car. More important, when they couldn’t fix the issue, he told me about it. Developed a high level of trust and respect for me to feel comfortable to come back to this location

This team was super helpful. I have a fleet vehicle that I use in my territory. My Subaru Outback needed to get serviced, and I had neglected to get it done when I reached the appropriate number of miles. I didn’t have an appointment, but Oscar was quick to help and get me information. The team got my car finished in no time, and I was able to get it back same day. I really appreciate this team!
