Sam's Club Tire & Battery

I called about getting my tire patched on a Saturday and it took a while to get through but when I got ahold of someone, Tony said he could get it take cared of if I went in ASAP. I arrived and he got it done in 40 mins.

Zero stars Sam’s. Bad management all over. The lines to leave the place are very much always long and only one person at the door. People cut in line, the attendants are uninterested and sometimes rude, a lot of times, there are no carts and you have to go back to the parking lot and grab one. Horrible management.

Although I saved on getting the tires that was originally on my car which was a Michelin tire, the head ache of getting the TPMS sensor replaced is questionable of the savings. Over all the service from James, John, Eric and even Drew the store manager was satisfactory BUT having to go to another tire shop to get the sensor and the added cost and time may not be worth it. I've posted in past.... Fast courteous service. Been going here for yrs. Highly recommend. That post stand today Dec 2019. I've dealt with Johnnie many times and he exemplifies what customer service really is all about. If you haven't met him, you'll be glad the day you do. Thank you Johnnie. These guys are awesome. I bought four new Goodyear tires and was out in about 45 minutes. Lifetime balancing and rotation included in the package. Great price, awesome service, friendly service guys!! Highly recommend them!!!!
