Walmart Auto Care Centers

Linda, Melinda, Melida, Shanice, and Chuck were awesome! Walmart online not so much. First order only sent 3 tires and left the order missing a tire. Customer online support was no help. Thankfully for this team in-house.

My 1st appointment was supposed to be on the 3rd but it was cancelled and moved to the 4th. Not a big deal. Drop off the car at 7am on the 4th and get a call about an hour later saying we ordered the wrong tires…hmm. Go to the store to see what’s going on and turns out the wrong tires were delivered but we did order the right tires. Trying to get a refund took almost 3 hours because costumer service or the auto care center did not have any problem solving skills and I ended up having to call 1-800-Walmart for the guy on that phone to then argue with the auto care manager. Mind you never got my tires changed. Have another appointment scheduled for the 10th and there were only 2 tires delivere…

I've been a Walmart Plus member for 2 years, and have never been turned away because of it. Went to this EMPTY auto center today, told them I needed my tire patched, they were all about it until I said "I have Walmart Plus so it's a free service." I was then told "Sorry we don't have time to fit you in today." Huh?? Three mechanics out there, no cars to work on, and you can't take a look at my tire? How funny you suddenly can't fit me in once I tell you it's a free service... Total BS. Don't waste your time as this laughable Auto Center.

This is for the man who changed my air filter and the fine lady who takes care of the appointment..I just dont know their names but they are good people. But inside at the reception..noone take care of customers..

My husband took my car in for an oil change at S. Tryon, in Charlotte, NC. When it was finished, he had a feeling something wasn’t right. They were having issues putting my skid plate back on, my 2020 4Runner. Not even a week later, huge oil spots EVERYWHERE in the driveway drove 158 miles. Went back to Walmart to submit my complaint. We filed an insurance claim, not knowing what kind of damage had already been done to my car. Had to have my car towed to the Toyota Of Gastonia dealership, to have diagnostic testing and a certified mechanic look at the vehicle and inspect everything. Paid out of pocket $177.00 for that service, $65.00 out of pocket for the towing. Thankfully no damage was don…
