SpeeDee Oil Change & Auto Service

I had such a great experience at Speed Dee in Charlotte, thanks to Kyle and Silas! I was visiting friends for my birthday when I got a nail in my tire—total buzzkill. I needed to get back home in time for dinner with my family, and these two went above and beyond. They were so compassionate and got me in as soon as they could, finishing the job quickly without compromising care. I was honestly so grateful for how kind and efficient they were. If I ever have car trouble in Charlotte again, I’d come straight back here. Highly recommend!!!!

My daughter took her car to the shop to get her freon filled. They acted like they were hooking up hoses and were draining the freon. He told her that draining the freon was a process. After 1 hour, he told her that the machine was not working and that they had called the mechanic to look at the machine. He then admitted that nothing had been done and that he didn't want her to wait any longer. He then referred us to other places that were backed up and about to close. This was not a professional experience. Long story short she still has no air. Be ware!

Received stellar service from the manager Chad! So friendly and even though they were short, he personally helped me with my oil change, did not push sales, was honest about my car needing a new filter, and explained it thoroughly to me. Will definitely be coming back and recommending this place! Thank you Chad!

Nice staff and quick service. Price point was exactly what I was looking for and they were able to get an appointment set last minute. They didn’t charge for vacuuming my mats or wiping down the dashboard. Super helpful and professional. Will go back for future maintenance for sure.

I was able to get my oil changed, brakes + rotors (all around), and two tires installed in about 4 hrs. Very affordable as well. The customer service was excellent. Make sure you speak with Chad or Tavaris. Will definitely be returning soon.
