Walmart Auto Care Centers

Their website and Google Maps clearly state that they close at 7:00 PM on Saturdays. I had an appointment scheduled for 5:30 PM, but it seems they closed at 5:00 PM instead. They either need to update the listed hours or ensure they stay open as advertised. Walmart Auto Care Center

Walmart needs to improve on access to schedule appointment to install a battery or access to automotive department for information. Tried for over an hour and was never able to speak to anyone live. Everytime I chose the option to connect to the automotive department it range for numerous times then a recording came in and this number no longer exist or has been disconnected. Very aggravated

Scheduled and appointment for 12 o'clock to get 4 new tires. Arrived at the Auto Center 15 mins early. They started on my vehicle at 11:58 am, they told me it would take an hour to change 4 tires. 🤔 At 12:42 pm I stood up to see where they were with my vehicle . All tires were off and it was just sitting there, the manager on duty asked if I had an appointment, I replied yes, he yelled to on…

Went to this auto center today. The sign on the door was a lunch sign that read, returning at 12. No one answers the phone in the auto store or the operator. Finally, after 20 min I walk around to the front having to search for someone to tell me, they auto center is closed for repair. Maybe post a sign that says this, a recording or something to be considerate of your customers.

This is a wonderful team of professional men and women. They took care of me and made the time spent enjoyable. Installed my tires and it wasn't a lifetime to get it done. This is where you get the best deals on tires. I ordered mine on their website and had them delivered to the store. They installed, $16.50 per tire and optional $10.00 for road hazard warranty.
