Please Please and I do mean Please DO Not send your car to this auto shop. Paid for my car to be fixed, a month and a half later I hadn't heard from them. Went to the shop and was told they were still waiting on the part and that it was on back log. A whole month and a half and not 1 person called or communicated anything of the such with me. So when I go up there they have the audacity to have an attitude and tell me that I'm coming at them HOT. Needless to say they didn't fix my car after having it since 5/9/25 and it is now 7/18/25. No communication but a lot of empty promises that were ultimately not fulfilled. Save yourself the time effort and money when thinking about us…

I've been bringing my cars to Felix and his technicians at Premier Imports of Charlotte for almost 10 years, and I couldn’t ask for a better experience. If you don’t have a warranty or if your black don’t deal with these people….they were very racist an overpriced the service 3 times what it says online…Felix told me he was tired of my mouth because I asked why I couldn’t pay over the phone….they wouldn’t fix the car for my dealership until getting paid first very rude from the start….i advise no black people to go there…..AGAIN DO NOT SHOP HERE IF YOU ARE BLACK…. From the time they found out my warranty would not cover it they did not want to do the work….i gave respect which I was given…they missed diagnosis my car because my warranty is covering it at a different shop…they also got me out of 185$

This is the only place I trust with my Porsche SUV. They know what they’re doing. They update and involve you throughout the process. Felix is really nice and knowledgeable and doesn’t hesitate to answer any questions you have.

Felix and his crew are literally the best!!!! They have been working on ALL of our cars for years…(BMW, Mercedes and Jeep Wrangler). We live 45 min away from this shop and will have our cars TOWED if we can not drive them before we go anywhere else, They ALWAYS get everything done QUICK and efficiently and NEVER come with “unexpected costs” unless ABSOLUTELY NECESSARY! I recommend premier to any and everyone that asks always!!! Finding exceptional mechanics who are HONEST and not just out for your money is RARE….you can absolutely be certain you’re in the BEST hands all around at this establishment!!!!!
