Meineke Car Care Center

Rachel was more than helpful keeping me updated every step of the way with my repair. Honest, professional, and reliable service. Highly recommend this shop!

Summary: Rating this place five stars because they care about fixing your car issues, even if they’re not the ones doing the repair and profiting. They are still a business with highly skilled technicians. I came in for a state inspection and they found that one of the tail lights was out. I was quoted $54 for the replacement. The bulb retails for $25. If you include a parts up-charge and labor the $54 is completely reasonable. The reviews that complain about cost have clearly never considered what it takes to booth run a business and employ highly skilled employees. While on-site I listened to Rachel, the manager, handle several calls where she did an amazing job at consulting customers w…

Rachael was terrible. Very passive aggressive and unhelpful when I attempted to clarify aspects of the “policy” that she refused to show me and then admitted that it was explicitly stated anywhere. She then refused to give me the name of the franchise owners and told me to just leave after asking for this information while I watched a technician do nothing more than walk around my vehicle with a flashlight calling it a “full diagnostic” when asked about a cost estimate for my brakes she told me she couldn’t give me any idea unless I got a full diagnostic which I didn’t want or need. I simply wanted brake pads. She then proceeded to shout across the room while I was on the phone with my mothe…

I recently had my condenser replaced under warranty at Meineke Car Care Center, and the experience was outstanding! The team was professional, efficient, and kept me informed throughout the process. They made the entire experience hassle-free, and I appreciated their attention to detail and excellent customer service. My Ford F150 was back on the road quickly, and everything is working perfectly now. It’s rare to find a car care center that combines expertise with such great customer care. I highly recommend Meineke for any car maintenance or service.

I have driven past this location for a long time, not knowing that great auto repair people are here! Stopped one day for some air in the tires and after a conversation, entrusted our mobile office van to them for new tires, front end alignment and back brakes. Excellent job well done with only a $100 deposit down. Work was done quickly and efficiently. If I could tell you how much better our van drives and how much safer I feel on the road! This will be the local repair shop for Project 70Forward and our personal vehicles from now on!
