My tire pressure was low so I googled tire repair shops. So naturally, since the name was Mr. Tire, they would be good! I took my car to Mr Tire because my tire pressure was low and I figured I must have picked up a nail. Before I dropped it off I had checked the PSI and it read at 24. Several hours later they called to let me know my car was ready and they would not charge me as they hadn’t been able to detect a leak. My car was towed to Mr.Tire after an incident. I received fast, efficient service and the car was ready much sooner than we expected and before the estimated time given. When I learned that the shop did oil changes, I had that done too. Saved me a lot of time. We especially appreciated Stephen’s courtesy and friendly manner. A great experience! About 2 years ago I got a screw in my tire. I took my car to Mr. Tire and I was impressed with the honesty. I needed one tire and I told him (sorry. I don't know the name) I thought it wasn't good to replace only one tire. He told me that my tires were in such good condition that I only needed one. Honesty goes a long way with me. I've been getting my oil changes there ever since. I always find the staff friendly and helpful. Alan runs the store in a kind and professional way.
