Meineke Car Care Center

First time got my car fixed at Meineke and I’m so happy with the results. The the team was professional and they explained all the details at the beginning and the costs was raisonnable. I highly recommend their services.

My service there started off a little rough, but they assured me they would fix my car issues, and they did just that. The manager was wonderful and patient with me. They listened to my concerns and made sure that I was satisfied.

Went here for an LED light bulb - i was told ahead of time the wait would be around an hour. About two hours later I received a quote that kept going up and up and up. Finally $3000 in recommended services (brakes, rotors, tires...important services...and my LED light). I realized I dont even see these kind of prices at the dealership and wanted a second opinion. So I recanted by agreement and requested a refund on my down payment (1k). First I was told they couldnt do it. Then the manager came back and very sharply said it was done. He emphasized that "no one forced you to get these repairs" which was never my issue. I just wanted a second opinion after giving it more consideratio…

I can't say enough good things about this mechanic! I've been there twice now, and both times have been nothing short of fantastic. The service is super prompt, and the quotes are incredibly fair for all the work done. Huge shoutout to Andrew for going above and beyond to take care of me each time! The customer service at this location is truly exceptional! I’m definitely sticking with them moving forward!
