The service people there were SO nice and friendly. I got the services I asked for and one suggestion was made to replace an air filter. I appreciated the employees weren't pushy with upsells. The prices are fair. The wait was not bad at all!

The team of mechanics at the Cotswold location are professional & approachable. Devon was particularly helpful today with a needed air filter. He was calm & efficient in assisting me while also supervising other team members. Really appreciated his advice.

This visit was just for the annual safety and emissions inspection for my daughter's Jeep Cherokee. I was in and out in a reasonable time. The Techs were very welcoming, worked quickly and were personable. This is my go to location for all of my minor maintenance needs for my three vehicles.

The location on Randolph Rd. in Charlotte was busy, but employees came to speak to me about my wait while I was in line. While in line, an employee added washer fluid to my car, clearly trying to shorten my overall wait. Once I reached the bay, employees were efficient and courteous, explaining why my car needed the oil it did (the $99 kind) and completing a car inspection. Throughout my time there, employees worked hard to provide excellent service and to go out of their way to be courteous. I look forward to continuing to be a customer. PS Valvoline, I hope you treat your employees well because they were working HARD on a very hot and busy day.

I always go to Valvoline for everything car-related that does not absolutely require a dealer. The service is quick, the service team folks are always nice and professional, and you always have the replacement parts I need. Today was a busy Saturday morning, and somehow the guys got everything taken care of in record time. The team members Jordan and Donnie were amazing. Super kind and thorough. No pressure to purchase anything, which actually made me want to replace more things. Excellent customer service all around. I appreciate their professionalism.
