Valvoline Instant Oil Change

I had a poor excuse. Of management team telling me that my spark plugs was given my engine problems when I took my car to them to get my oil change. My car starts to run rough, so they denied my claim. Then when I went to go call the number, the number magically came up. Not in service, i recommend no one not to go to this location. Customer service was not pleasant. I will not be given Valvoline, none of my service. Anymore.

I always go to the same location on Montford Drive because the crew here is incredible! They are always smiling, especially Jabari! They are fast, efficient, and make the task of getting an oil change enjoyable.

Absolutely Amazing Service at Valvoline! I had such a fantastic experience at Valvoline that I just had to share! From the moment I pulled in, the staff was incredibly friendly, welcoming me with genuine smiles and great energy. You can tell they truly care about their customers. They walked me through everything with clear explanations, answered all my questions with patience, and made the entire process feel smooth and stress-free. The best part? They were lightning fast and unbelievably efficient! I was in and out before I even had a chance to scroll halfway through my phone. If you’re looking for fast, professional, and friendly service, Valvoline is the place to go. I’m seriously imp…

Giovanni, I believe his name was did a really good thorough job on my car along with the rest of the team. I’m very thankful! My car drove so well afterwards and they got me in and out quickly.

The service was fast, easy, and well priced. But what I appreciated most was the great staff who seemed to really enjoy what they do and who cared about providing a good experience. In particular, Bruce was highly personable and knowledgeable about my vehicle, which is why I'll definitely be coming back.
