RUN don't walk. Very unprofessional office staff who will become threatening and hostile when you address issues. They not only destroyed my paint job, BUT THEY PUT 400 MILES ON MY CAR. I called on the phone for directions to the shop, and the woman over the phone gave precise directions. I came to get my car washed inside and out. The wait time wasn't long, and my car was looking brand new. Uptown did a great job, and the price was unbeatable. I will never use places like Autobell again. Fast, Friendly and Affordable.

Very Profesional Quick & Pricing is reasonable!!! Most body shops in charlotte tax and take forever, Car was clean and detailed when It was ready to be picked up.
