Had my the windshield wiper motor on my wife’s car repaired. After the repair it took 43 seconds before they would move on the intermittent setting. Spoke to Cliff, the owner about it and he claimed that this was the way they were designed and he did nothing to correct the issue. Had to take it to the dealership to get it corrected.
