The staff is always great here! Huge shoutout to Patrick and his team. AAA said it was one issue with the car, Firestone said another. It ended up being something completely different and they were able to diagnose that by not just looking for money, but actually taking the time to find the issue accurately. Highly recommend!

Had water pump go out on daughter's car on Friday afternoon and they came in on Saturday to get it done. Great job and fair price. Daughter said 'found a new mechanic so at least that's good.' She always sees the positive!

Technicians are good communicators and seem very knowledgeable about most makes and models, honest and reliable. Their rates are fair and reasonable. The only reason I did not give 5 stars is because it is difficult to reach them by phone.

Best car inspection service by far. I have never been treated so kindly and the staff was the friendliest people. They treated me like I was part of the family. My inspection took all of 22 minutes but this is the rare instance I wish it would have taken longer. I will definitely not go anywhere else for inspections and car repairs after that experience.

I was in and out within 15 minutes, all while I was made to feel right at home. The owner, as well as his staff, were all locals and some of the friendliest people I have ever met -- I will not go anywhere else for vehicle issues in this city -- BEST IN CHARLOTTE!!
