Appointment @ 11:30. At 1:00 truck still not pulled in. Inquired about it. They didn’t know what the problem was. 1:36 and I am still waiting. We ordered tires 2 months ago and when we came for appointment they had sold our tires. This is our second try and they are failing again.

Waited 2.5 hours for a tire rotation with an appointment. Was told it would take 1.5 hours. It actually took them 2 hours to complete and then they forgot to text me about the service being complete. What’s the the point of an appointment if appointments don’t get priority. Wish I never purchased tires from Costco.

Had an appointment for 6:15 pm f9r a simple tire rotation- very little counter service took 15:min to drop of my keys- 1. 5 hours later no sign of getting my truck back- i expect a lot more from Costco on customer service and respect fpr customers time.
