Costco Tire Service Center

Appointment @ 11:30. At 1:00 truck still not pulled in. Inquired about it. They didn’t know what the problem was. 1:36 and I am still waiting. We ordered tires 2 months ago and when we came for appointment they had sold our tires. This is our second try and they are failing again.

Disrespectful and Unprofessional Behavior from Lead Tire Tech Luke I showed up for my 4:00 PM tire appointment at Costco and pulled up near an open bay door — not blocking anything, just trying to figure out where to go. With no clear signage, I got out to ask someone for help. That someone happened to be Luke, the lead tech. Instead of being helpful, Luke immediately snapped, “You can’t park there!” No greeting, no questions, just attitude. I explained I had an appointment and was just trying to find the right place. He cut me off again and said, “You need to move to the tire center parking — I’ve got others ahead of you.” The interaction was unnecessarily hostile and totally unwelcoming…

Waited 2.5 hours for a tire rotation with an appointment. Was told it would take 1.5 hours. It actually took them 2 hours to complete and then they forgot to text me about the service being complete. What’s the the point of an appointment if appointments don’t get priority. Wish I never purchased tires from Costco.

EDIT: I scheduled another appointment after a week, came back, and explained the situation. Understandably everyone was in disbelief, but Myles was willing to hear me out and rectify the issue. Had an appointment for 6:15 pm f9r a simple tire rotation- very little counter service took 15:min to drop of my keys- 1. 5 hours later no sign of getting my truck back- i expect a lot more from Costco on customer service and respect fpr customers time.
