Worst advance ever. Technician put my battery in incorrectly and caused my starter to seize. They were supposed to put the negative terminal on first. I had to pay for a tow truck. Angelo worst GM EVER!! All he said was they were not trained professional. Then tried to say there was something wrong with my car. He did offer to do a diagnostic but the shop didn’t have space until Wednesday. We came to another advance in Locust and they figured out what the original tech did wrong.

josean was awesome he provide me the best service I can tell from customer service. I’ve been in customer service for many many years and this is one of the best ones I encounter so far this guy is awesome. He fixed my AC problem. I was having from cooling the car, he even went above and beyond and give me the details and help me to go through the instructions and how to do it and everything I just kept saying enough this guy is the best I ever encounter in advance auto parts. My husband and I came in from Myrtle Beach. We arrived with a smoking battery. OMG my heart was pounding because it was a very dangerous position. Our battery was leaking battery acid but Josean and Matthew assured us they were anle to temove it safely and they did in no time. Everyone else too were very nice!!!! Great customer service and would recommend anyone to stop by for help. Thanks again guys and keep up the excellent work!!!

Great service. If they don't have the part they can order it. I love the replacement pans they offer. You just bring in the old one, they look up your phone number and give you the new one. Simple and no fuss
