O'Reilly Auto Parts

Do NOT go to this location. They did not help me they wanted to sell me a battery but said they couldn't put it in my truck. This is confusing because I went up the street to auto zone and they replaced the battery. This O'Reilly location is bad for business. Alot of people left this O'Reilly and went to auto Zone up the street to get their car needs taken care of. Give this O'Reilly staff some customer service training.

I went to Autozone and got sadly disappointed AGAIN!!! Just so happened to stop here and got what I was looking for ANNND SO MUCH MORE!!! Ms. Kendall was such a BLESSING!! Not only did she have the part, she served me with a personality that was second to none! NEXT TIME… I’ll come here FIRST!! Thanks for being THE BETTER DIFFERENCE!!! NuffCed.

First time at o'reilly's auto parts and will definitely be my last. I call around five p m asking if they are open until ten I am told by the person on the other line that they are indeed open until ten. I get there around 9:15 and the doors are locked. There's 3 young employees inside just looking at me. No one came to the door. Google says they are open till ten. They just walked out od view when I knocked and that was it. I drove to the location specifically because I was told they would be open till ten. I've wasted my time money and gas on this and im never coming back. You guys have lost a customer. How disappointing.

I call the store to order parts I need, I get placed on hold 15 minutes, hang up call back placed on hold another 15 min nobody comes back to phone by now my uber has picked me up I get to store still on hold. I see 3 to 5 customers in store 2 are in line. I tell person what I need 02 sensors and set of iridium plugs, he brings me 7 say this all we got in Denson ok , give me ngk he puts 1 ngk with 7 densos by now I'm thinking he's treating me like this for no reason or he's not that bright. I visited twice today- once to buy jumper cables and then once with my car to test the battery. Jefferson was very helpful tested and replaced my battery for me. I didn’t catch his coworkers name, but both were respectful and handled the crowd of customers very well, Both times I was here today!!
