Excellent customer service. They work in a timely manner and are super helpful and kind. They helped me find the correct size tires for my car when I accidentally reserved the wrong size. They also dont try to oversell you like the dealership does an if something does not need to be replaced they will let you know.

I had a great experience at this Pep Boys. Xavier was upfront and honest about pricing from the start, which I really appreciated. He kept me informed about any changes as they came up, and the whole process moved along quickly and efficiently.
