Pep Boys

Rick was very accommodating and had great customer service. He worked with me on pricing and explain to me the difference services they offer. I would come back to this location.

I came by here this morning to have one of my tires looked at after it had picked up a nail. Rick immediately greeted me, personally walked out with me to look at the tire and told me his team would take care of it immediately. I had barely sat down in the waiting area and hadn’t even really had a chance to get coffee before they brought me my key and said I was good to go (with a smile). I can honestly say it has been months since I have had service this friendly and fast from any industry and the pricing was fair, too. I was absolutely blown away and I found my new favorite place to take my vehicle! Rick and his team are awesome!

Excellent customer service. They work in a timely manner and are super helpful and kind. They helped me find the correct size tires for my car when I accidentally reserved the wrong size. They also dont try to oversell you like the dealership does an if something does not need to be replaced they will let you know.

I had a great experience at this Pep Boys. Xavier was upfront and honest about pricing from the start, which I really appreciated. He kept me informed about any changes as they came up, and the whole process moved along quickly and efficiently. I never felt left in the dark—everything was explained clearly, and I felt involved every step of the way. Excellent customer service all around!

The Google listing says 7pm they close and we also called to CONFIRM that the location closed at 7pm, we were told yes. We arrived at the location at 6:15pm to find the doors closed and the store shut down. Very inconvenient. We called the same line to speak to a higher up about why we were told the store wouldn't close until 7pm and why we could not get our v…
