Great experience I get my oil changed every few months and anytime I have any tire issues I always go them there. Very nice customer service as well. Anytime someone ask for a tire or oil changes. I let them know about this spot.

We had two flat tires on our trailer today after doing a job in North Charlotte. We pulled into University City Tires as they were the closest tire shop to us. Even though they don't normally work on trailer tires, the team got us in quickly and took great care of us. Everyone was friendly, professional, and went out of their way to help. They got us back on the road fast! Queen City Hauling is so appreciative for their help today! Highly Recommended!

Awful experience, took my car here to get brakes replaced, was told there was an issue with throttle body, I paid to get this issue fixed by Mohammed. Not even an hour later I was stuck on the side of the road with my car leaking oil. After calling him out to fix this issue, he wiggled a hose and said I should be good to go. A week or so later my car is fully leaking oil which was clearly coming from the throttle body. He stated he didn’t put the filter on correctly, they held my car for 3 hours to call me and tell me they would have to charge me $200 to fix what they damaged.
