I’m going to Echo what others have said, they overcharged that diagnostic. Posting the whole Story Will not do you any good but take my warning take your truck Somewhere Else

Been here twice. They are crooks and will over charge and rack up labor hours they didn’t work. They attempted to charge 24 labor hours to diagnose a generator issue and couldn’t even figure out the issue. They also leave their techs clocked on jobs when they aren’t working on the jobs. Worst Cummins location we have ever been to.

What a great experience with my RV generator repair. I called weeks in advanced, scheduled and showed up on day of repair. The customer service was great, staff friendly and repair completed promptly. Offered a lounge , refreshments, coffee and if needed overnight 30 amp service. Very disappointed. My RV has been with them for over a month with an oil leak. I’ve made 5 calls to find out the status of work. I’ve been told each time that their records show I have an oil leak (surprise). Then I’ve been told a service person will call me back by the end of the day. I’m still waiting…. I don’t think any work has been done. I spoke with the General Manager shortly after posting…

Had a very nice service experience fixings my RV generator. Friendly and polite service staff. Location is a little sketchy.
