Griffin Tire & Auto - Brookshire Blvd

Great shop with friendly staff! I came by because my tire was leaking air. They quickly helped me change to my spare and ordered a replacement tire that arrived the very next day. Throughout the entire experience, they treated me with respect and dignity. Highly recommend!

Great customer service, quick turnaround and reasonable pricing.I expected the wait to be long because I did not have an appointment. However, to my surprise it was not. I was provided a status several times until the job was complete. I will be returning again.

Great experience! I didn’t have a long wait time before these guys looked at my car. They presented options to fix my car to keep repair cost low. I will certainly use them again.

Great shop that took care of me quickly. Ordered some wheels and tires and they communicated everything I needed throughout the process. Will definitely be back there again.

Originally went to a different car shop right before to get my car inspected and while driving there , it started to sound like something was going to fall off under my car . I asked the other car shop to make sure I’m safe to drive and they said they’re too busy. Drove to this place after and explained this and the front desk guy was absolutely amazing and understanding . They were able to check out the issue and repair it super fast even though it was a last minute show up during inspections month. Thank you for caring about my safety and fixing the problem that wasn’t yours to fix. Also, the place was spotless and quiet ! Would highly recommend .
