Great experience overall. Went to two different tire shops to get something fixed that one of them said they didn’t have the tools to fix it and another one had an hours long wait. Cheri was very resourceful and went out of her way to help me out especially since I had a deflated tire and got me taken care of. Got the sensor replaced and it was great customer service highly recommend.

I’ve brought my car in 3 times to these gentleman and I typically talk to Sherry and they are always so kind, thorough, and transparent. As a young girl and with a million options in Charlotte I’ve never felt taken advantage of if anything more cared for. Matt and the other men in the garage are always great at communicating and making sure you’re not wasting your time and money. Thank you again!

I had a great experience with Griffin Tire. Their service was efficient—they had my tires mounted and balanced within 3 to 4 hours after I dropped off my car. The staff was professional and made sure everything was done right.
