Griffin Tire & Auto - Little Rock Rd

My husband and I are glad to have a quality and trustworthy place to take our cars for maintenance and repairs. Even their price on tires are competitive. Costco use to be our go to for good tires, prices & services. Not anymore, thanks to Griffin Tire & Auto!

The service is great people at the front desk. They are great. The only issue I have is I had everything priced from a Chevy dealership and they charge me almost 2 times the amount to have the same work done, but I will not be returning for any type of services. I had an oil change done four tires put on mounted balanced and align, and it almost cost me right at $2000 And the mechanics they’re just awesome. Let me make it perfectly clear. The mechanics had no influence on me not returning. I just don’t like the dishonesty of the front desk. They were way over pricing. I just want to give a big shout to the master Mechanic Victor and his crew those guys were just awesome

Great experience overall. Went to two different tire shops to get something fixed that one of them said they didn’t have the tools to fix it and another one had an hours long wait. Cheri was very resourceful and went out of her way to help me out especially since I had a deflated tire and got me taken care of. Got the sensor replaced and it was great customer service highly recommend.

I’ve brought my car in 3 times to these gentleman and I typically talk to Sherry and they are always so kind, thorough, and transparent. As a young girl and with a million options in Charlotte I’ve never felt taken advantage of if anything more cared for. Matt and the other men in the garage are always great at communicating and making sure you’re not wasting your time and money. Thank you again!

I had a great experience with Griffin Tire. Their service was efficient—they had my tires mounted and balanced within 3 to 4 hours after I dropped off my car. The staff was professional and made sure everything was done right. Pricing is a little on the higher side in my opinion, at around $30-$35 per tire for mounting and balancing, plus a $35 environmental and disposal fee. However, the quality of service and the fact that they stand behind their work make it worth it. If you’re looking for a shop that gets the job done right and values customer satisfaction, Griffin Tire is a solid choice.
