Hendrick Motors of Charlotte - Mercedes-Benz

I recently visited Hendrick Motors of Charlotte and had an outstanding experience! From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the professionalism and friendliness of the staff. I had the pleasure of working with my advisor, John D. He was fantastic! John D. took the time to understand my needs and ensured I had all the information I needed regarding my vehicle service. His attention to detail and commitment to customer satisfaction made the process smooth and stress-free. I was thrilled to get a same-day appointment, which is usually hard to come by. The service was completed promptly, and I appreciated the updates John D provided throughout the process. Overall, my experience at Hendr…

Jonathan was very helpful, upfront and clear with his a quote. He sent a detailed video of the service departments findings and provided me with a loaner vehicle while they performed the service on my vehicle. He was very friendly and made my experience a great one. The dealership is slightly higher price wise than local shops, but for the level of service I received and the convenience of being provided a nice loaner for a week, I believe having my service performed here was worth it and I will be back in the future.
