Attached are pics of my car before, right after the accident and after getting it back from Castro. My paint has orange peel texture. Frame inside both doors are dented. Trim missing on one part and trim Not pinned properly on what is above the back passenger tire as well as the front passenger door. Trim has been on “back order” then was told wrong piece received after being told to bring my car back 7/28 at 530 and I sat an hour without my car being touched or moved by anyone, that it was the wrong part! I had my car give out on the highway on a busy Friday night. They got me in that night super quick. I’ve lived in Charlotte for the past 6 1/2 years. This was the best automotive customer service I ever received not only was Castro empathetic and attentive to my concerns. He didn’t break my bank. He genuinely wanted to help. He’s a shady ass mechanic! I took my car to him on a Saturday didn’t get it back til Tuesday I told him what the problem was and he fixed a code on there that didn’t need to be fixed! A week later the code was still on my car because he didn’t do the full job ! I call him up to tell him he says to bring it back! That’s how you get got tho bring him the car to LOOK at and he tells you he’ll fix it! The worst mechanic I’ve ever came across! All he cares about is his money!
