I received the worst customer service from an employee named Jon (spelled J-O-N). From the moment I arrived, he was dismissive and unprofessional. He came across as RUDE and failed to quote my estimated wait time to patch my tire. He was off 30 minutes and then, I had to wait again to replace my tire. As a customer, I expect at least basic courtesy and clear communication neither of which were present during my visit. I recently visited your Express Oil Change location following a recommendation from a friend. Upon arrival, I inquired about the cost and the estimated service time, and I was told it would take 15 to 30 minutes. Unfortunately, the service took far longer than expected, which caused significant frustration since I had limited time. I noticed that the staff working on my car seemed slow and lacked the necessary experience to perform the service efficiently. It brings me great joy to write this 5 star review! I want to thank Marc and John Velkey for their incredible customer service and friendly attitude when it came time to work on my daughter’s car. She had her car towed into the shop and the staff got to work on it right away. The entire staff at this shop has always been honest and very professional every time we are in here. Absolutely 5 star experience!!!

Had a great, QUICK experience at this location for a quick oil change. Great customer service, friendly, polite, and hard working young men! It was very busy and Jeermey & JC worked well under pressure and worked as a team. They greeted each customer with a smile said PLEASE THANK YOU AND MAAM & SIR! WOW!!
