On Friday, April 25, 2025, I brought my 2012 Honda Odyssey to Leo’s Auto Care, located at 8911 Nations Ford Road, Charlotte, NC 28217, to address a concern with my vehicle’s air conditioning system. I specifically informed the owner that the AC was not cooling effectively. I explained that although the system produced some cool air, the cooling temperature had noticeably declined over time and no longer functioned as it had when the vehicle was first purchased. The owner stated he would examine the vehicle and, after doing so, recommended an AC service. Based on his professional assessment, I authorized the work. It was a quick and nice visit. They patched my tire. Joaquin (i think he is the owner) was really nice and friendly. I highly recommend this place.

Yesterday I took a 2022 mazda to get it checked out. I worked with Juan. He was amazing. He took it out for a test drive. We went together and he did a thorough check of the vehicle. I would definitely recommend this place, and to take if you want to get a used car inspected prior to purchase.

I can’t be more happy for writing this review! I came in today because my car was having some kind of weird issue (at least to me) and as soon as I stepped in the auto care, the lady at the front desk was very welcoming and polite. I was recommended to reach Mr. Juan and he was there today. He was super nice and polite and he took the time to check on my car and explain to me everything about the issue. The process was super smooth and the price was very reasonable! I highly recommend this place, you won’t regret it!

DO NOT GO TO THIS SHOP. You will absolutely waste your money! We took our car in multiple times for the same issue, and every time we got it back, the problem was still there, and our car continued to die. It was frustrating and felt like we were just throwing money away with no resolution. Finally, we took our car to another shop and had to pay again, but this time, it was worth it. The other shop was professional, listened to our concerns, and took the time to properly diagnose the problem. They were able to identify and fix the real issue in just one visit. Don’t make the same mistake—save yourself the hassle and go somewhere that knows what they’re doing.
