I have thoroughly enjoyed working with Jamie in 2024. She has helped me significantly beyond my expectations. Excited to see what techniques she brings back from Thai Massage program in Thailand.

Jamie is fantastic! She has helped me navigate the aches and pains of pregnancy in my third trimester. She is attentive and gives a great massage. She is willing to customize the massage to my needs.

Jamie is absolutely amazing! I stop by JF Bodywork to get some body work during my visit in Charlotte, and I am definitely a fan of her work! I was dealing with some chest/shoulder discomfort, along with chronic ankle sprains. During assessment, Jamie noticed that I wasn't able to push off my big toe on my left leg, and there is excessive amount of adhesion that is restricting my shoulder movements causing the discomfort. Her touch is nice and firm, great pressure but never uncomfortable! Best of all, the result is amazing! In just the first session, I no longer have this lingering pain in my shoulder, and I notice that I am able to push off my big toe! Jamie even gave me a game plan …

Jamie is amazing! She really takes the time to get to know you and what you want to get out of the session. As a physical therapist, I absolutely love how she tests and retests movement patterns and tries to work on the root cause of a movement deficit. She’ll be my go to when I or any of my patients need some body work care!

Omg, I can’t say enough about Jamie. Each session is different because I go in and tell her what’s bothering me that week or what I want to focus on and she listens, comes up with a plan and makes sure that sounds good to you before starting. She really knows what she is doing and is constantly bringing in new techniques. I love working with Jamie because it’s not just a good, relaxing massage, it’s a coaching session on why things may hurt, what you can do at home to help like stretches. Plus she is so nice and fun to talk to! It really is great working with her. I feel so much more relaxed and less sore/tense every time!
