Great customer service and all parts were in stock.

They cant ever find the parts they say they have. People at the desk dont seem to care to help having personal phone calls while at the counter. I love napa and dread coming to this one.

Employee really took extra time to help me create an air line fitting that would work on the new machine at work. It's been a while since I felt that level of service/help.

Customer service is horrible. I waited 10 minutes just for someone to come to the front counter. I had to call the store just to get someone up to the front and when someone finally came, he didn't even apologize for the time I waited. He just told me I needed to wait even longer because he was busy. He made me feel as if I was a burden for even coming there in the first place. I understand good workers are hard to come by and being short handed is of the norm these days but just remember the customers are the very reason you're still operating and you never want them to feel like a burden.
