They cant ever find the parts they say they have. People at the desk dont seem to care to help having personal phone calls while at the counter. I love napa and dread coming to this one.
Employee really took extra time to help me create an air line fitting that would work on the new machine at work. It's been a while since I felt that level of service/help.
