Costumer service is terrible at front desk , take to long to service you and the process to give the part take almost and hour 👎🏻

I called this company but no one answers I waited 20 minutes. but nothing is disgusting , he refused the call, answered and hung up immediately

My grandma can find ans ship parts faster than these people

I am currently in the middle of a really big headache dealing with LKQ and their extended warranty purchase program that I took advantage of but seeing as the motor had no compression when advertised it had 160 I wanted them to pick it up and return my money. I received another engine even after refusing delivery of the unordered replacement, its a hassle to get my money still... will follow up with the result in the coming week.

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the service provided by one of your employees at the LKQ office. Over the past few days, this employee failed to order a product I needed, despite multiple promises to do so and to provide updates. As a result, the product is now unavailable. This situation forced me to visit your office three times to resolve the issue, indicating a clear lack of competence and communication on the part of the employee.
